Bo tried cases throughout his 35 years in multiple venues. During his trial career, Bo handled medical malpractice and catastrophic & serious injury cases. As a trial lawyer, Bo received an AV Preeminent Rating from his peers; only 10% of practicing lawyers receive this rating. Bo was recognized as a “Top Lawyer” in both Texas and Oklahoma and was featured twice in Forbes magazine. He was admitted to practice in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Colorado, and admitted pro hac vice in other states. Bo was admitted into all Federal District Courts in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Bo’s years of practice have fostered an understanding of risk, emotional factors and financial pulls that come into play for mediation. Bo asks the parties to plan for mediation beforehand and provide him with materials to review, as well as discuss their case with him before the mediation session. Bo is engaged and asks that parties come prepared to meaningfully participate, discuss weaknesses and strengths of their respective cases, and come prepared to compromise. Bo engages the parties in the process before, during and after the mediation session concludes; if a case does not resolve during the session, Bo will follow up and follow through with the parties free of charge to continue to close the case.
